We will stop from time to time to tell you the history of the Maipo Valley and Chilean vitiviniculture. It is a simple bicycle route, where there is hardly any slope so you can fully enjoy the ride without having to have an extraordinary physical condition. It is designed so that anyone who does not have a special limitation can have fun and spend a pleasant day around wine and nature.
In addition, you will enjoy the traditional cuisine of the area in a beautiful production villa next to the Maipo River, with pond, pool, avocado forest, gardens ... Under a large vine with good weather or by the fireplace in winter.
Finally, you will learn about the wine production process and winemaking in one of the renowned vineyards of Isla de Maipo, where you will also participate in a guided tasting of three premium wines.
